Changed your mind, or something isn't quite right? You can return most items to Trailhead Supply Co. within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items that are unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging
Gift cards and items marked Final sale can't be returned.
How to return an item
Have your order number ready. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
Contact our support team and tell us which items you'd like to return. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
Pack the items securely and attach the label.
Drop the package off with the carrier shown on the label within 14 days.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we'll inspect it and refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed and before they ship. After that, please wait for your order to arrive and return it using the steps above.
